If you opt in to receive text messages from Friends of Johnny Mautz, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Messaging may include requests for donation. You may reply "STOP" at any time to opt out, or "HELP" for help.

Text Messaging Opt-In Data: We will not share or sell your text messaging opt-in data, consent, or related personal information with any third parties, unless required by law.

Sharing of Information

Data Retention

We retain donor and voter contact information for the duration of the four-year election cycle. Following the cycle, non-donor contact information is purged or transferred to the Senate office at the donor's or voter's request. Donor records required by Maryland State Board of Elections reporting law are retained for the period required by that law.
